CS08/09.16 Apologies and reasons for absence.
CS08/09.17 Declarations of existence and nature of councillor's interests, whether personal or personal/prejudicial, with regard to items on the agenda. Members are reminded to repeat the declarations when the items are announced by the Chairman. At this point, prejudiced members may make representation, answer questions or give evidence to the Committee on agenda items after which they must leave the room of members of the public want to speak on the same subject.

CS08/09.22 To receive a Neighbourhood Watch Report.
CS08/09.23 To note Acting Chief Inspector Keating's July 2008 update.
CS08/09.24 Identification of 3 local community safety priorities for every district ward in Rother (for this area this means Ewhurst and Sedlescombe) - letter from Acting Chief Inspector Keating dated 01/07/08.
CS08/09.25 To note items from the Sussex Police Report given at the last Rother Association of Local Councils Meeting on 09/07/08 by Inspector Bright.
CS08/09.26 Date of next meeting: Date had been arranged for 4 November but there is local clerks' training arranged for that day which the Clerk will be attending. Can the meeting be brought forward to 28/10/08?
